Drawings
Granville Block
These drawings are done with lithographic crayon on Japanese paper. They were created in 2016 in the painting and drawing studios on the 4th floor of the NSCAD Granville building as a kind of visual poem, an ode to the wonderful wonky spaces I worked in when I took a painting course in 2014. I have heard that the Granville Block will be sold by NSCAD in a few years and I wanted to find a way to record some of the beautiful time worn surfaces I noticed during my time there.
